Has anyone used this food?

I have been comparing prices on NLS Grow formula for my fish (with primarily my Neolamprologus multifasciatus and Pelvicachromis Pulcher in mind), but I've ran across some other food on Aquabid that I believe may be similar. Definitely a bit cheaper. Any opinions?

Thanks Mg. I was referring to the *New Black Gold* and Pro-Grow Growth formula listed under food/pellets on Aquabid. I don't know why the links didn't work. Someone on aquachat told me that the Pro-Gro Growth formula is pretty much the same as Ken's Crumbles. I actually went ahead and ordered two pounds of that Black Gold formula. Pretty good deal if you ask me. $13 shipped for 2 lbs of food. I'll have to update on how it goes over in my tanks. I've heard nothing but good things about it and several of the regs on AB use it for their fish. We shall see.
