The winner of the January 2008 Saltwater Tank of the Month is USCavalry19D
Specifics of the photograph and tank
Its a 125 gallon tank with a 25 gallon sump. I converted to this tank back around May of 2007 from my old 55 gallon tank. I have around 200-250 lbs of live rock and about 100 lbs of live sand in the tank. I have 5 great SEIO powerheads for water circulation which i believe to be key to a clean and healthy aquarium. As for coral i have some xenia, Green Star polyps, Red mushrooms, green striped mushrooms, A leather coral, candy cane corals, and a open brain coral (last two corals i got for x-mas). As for fish i have 1 saddleback clown fish, 1 purple pseudochromis, 7 green chromis, 1 yellow tang, and one yellow headed sleeper goby. Clean-up crew consists of a bunch of hermit crabs, snails and 2 cleaner shrimp. I think that about wraps that up if you have any questions simply ask.
