Need some help I am new to SW, I may be buying a 30g reef tank that has a clown and an Anemone. and 40lbs of LR.

I would need to move it about an hour and a half + break down and set up time.

anyone with suggestions and tips would be a bigggg help

It is possible but will take some planning. If you do a search on the marine forums here with the advanced search feature above you should see lots of advice on how others have accomplished it.

i bought my 29g as a complete set up and so had to break it down and transport it. i put the fish into a 5 gallon bucket filled with tank water and the LR in a garbage can (rubbermaid 40g or whatever) with the tank water. i put the sand into another 5g bucket with tank water. doing this i was able to save every bit of water from the tank. it really wasn't hard just time consuming- and HEAVY to move the garbage can so you need a couple strong guys. you may want to use 2 garbage cans and split the rock and tank water between them to save your back :)

oh and of course make sure to have tight fitting lids for the buckets and garbage cans
