Need help with ID on a unknown bulb plant

I have this bulb plant that I planted in my 5g tank about 7 months ago. It was sold to me as an aponogeton capuroni, but I do not believe it is that type. Unfortunately, I do not have a camera to take a picture, but the leaves are reddish in color and arrowshaped, about 2 inches long at the longest point. The leaves are submerged. It has also been very slow growing compared to my other apons. It's companion bulb is similar, but with smaller green leaves.
I would think this is some sort of dwarf lily, but I just wanted to be sure there aren't any odd apon varieties that I have not heard of.
 
They were purchased from AZGardens.com. Whatever it may be, it is a beautiful plant so far. I'm suspecting there was some mixup in the order because not only do these two seem to have been mislabled, but one of the bovinanas (sp) is actually a madagascar lace plant or a hybrid with the same traits.

There's been some bad things posted about AzGardens. Could it be red ludwigia? I have some, it's pretty slow growing, has arrowshaped leaves and is mostly red, with a bit of green and brown (not decaying plant brown).
 
I bought the plants several months ago before I had heard the things about AZgardens. I don't think it's ludwigia, the bulb doesn't show any indication of growing a stem like what I have seen in pictures. I am beginning to think it is either a generic dwarf lily or maybe a tiger lotus. I will try to take some pics with my cellphone camera

I would guess a lotus of some type
 
That's good to know. It has put up one floater so far, a deep reddish, brown/green pad, about an inch across.
