Ok I have been throwing around the idea of either doing a 10 gallon nano or setting up my 29 gallon into a reef tank. The descision has been made and I am going with the 29. Reason being it should be a little easier to take care of, and I can also get alot more stuff to put into the tank (big plus). I know it is going to cost a lot more, but it will be well worth it. I am going to stretch the buying process out a couple months and keep my eyes open for sales. Here is the list I am going to get let me know if you think it is good to go.

Main tank
Lighting: 30" Odyssea 250 watt HQI MH w/ 2-65 watt PC
Heating: 150 watt Jager
Powerhead: 2-Hydor Koralia 2
Live rock: 40 pounds
Sand: 20 pounds aragonite

Refuge
10 gallon gravity ran
-10 pounds live rock
-10 pounds aragonite
-Coralife Super Skimmer-Needle Wheel-65 Gallon

Supplies
-Abundant Flow Water RO/DI 75 GPD
-API SW Master Test Kit
-Seachem Reef Satus test kit
-Red Sea Coral Pro
-Sybon Refractometer
-Kent Tech CB Part A
-Kent Tech CB Part B

Live Stock
5-Blue leg hermit crabs
3-emerald crabs
10-nassarius snails
2-cleaner shrimp
1-brittle starfish
2-cleaner clams (in refuge)

2-false percula clowns
2-firefish
1-pygmy angelfish
1-green mandarin (after 1+ year)

And whatever coral I can get at my LFS's

Could I get just about any coral I want with these lights? I know that they aren't the best, but they fit into my price range. Go ahead and let me know what you think about all my choices.

Thanks

2-false percula clowns
2-firefish
1-pygmy angelfish
1-green mandarin (after 1+ year)

<<From the above, the angel is a touch and go fish if your having coral in there...personaly, i would not have one..I would also stick to 4 small to med fish in this tank, and no more...>>

<<With the 250w lighting, you are left pretty much open as to what you want in there..Just be carefull when choosing as to the size that some corals do get..>>

Thanks

All sounds like a good plan..Added some comments above in red...
