hi all. i am running a 55 gallon with live plants. the fish are 2 bosemanni 3 preacox, a dozen cardinals and 10 otocinlus with a few bottom feeders like clown loaches. i only have like 40 watts of light thats probably whu my plants dont grow. i use a aquaclear and an airstone thats it. no co2. here is a pic any suggetions / comments

Welome to Aquaria Central. Your lighting is too low for even low-light plants.

I suggest you read Andy16's thread (it should be close by) entitled "Newbie to plants, need some advice." It will probably have the info you need.
