feeding fish brine shrimp?

Theyre are okay for aquatic turtles though

The salt content won't be an issue, but I don't feel they are worth anything.

Are you talking about live brine shrimp or frozen brine shrimp? All brine shrimp are hatched and live in salt water. If you have a brine shrimp net just place the brine shrimp in and run under room temp water to rinse off and feed to your fish. Brine Shrimp of adult size have no nutritional value so only feed sparingly as a treat, I'd say no more then once a week.

I wouldn't say they have no nutritional value..but they have very little nutritional value.

brine shrimp can be 'fortified' adding some nutritional component. they can also be feed food the enhance their value.

they should be used as a treat. not as a source of food.
