I know my clown loaches grow pretty slow (right?) What fish grows most rapidly, bala sharks?

Not sure but from personal experience red pacus grew rapidly.

Well...dorado and brycon grow an inch a week I think. Arapaimas growth an inch a week too I think, although i'd imagine they slow down when they hit 4 feet or so.

Oscars will do an inch a month. Red devils will range from .5 to 1.5 inches per month. I don't remember growth rates for any other fish.

The 4 loaches are doign great betta. Cleaned house with brine shrimp tonight. How big are yours now?

Walking Catfish grow very fast,1 inch to 4 to 5 inches in a month

Pacu's would have to be one of the fastest growing fish that are commonly kept in aquariums.

How about common plecos? They grow pretty fast.

I don't know about plecs,my common plecos grow slowly maybe because it eats only algae on the glass.Pacus are fast too,bichirs are a bit slower.

My loaches are still new, I say they're about two inches now maybe a little larger......

oscars grow pretty fast, last i was updated it's about 1/2 inch per month.

What about goldfish? They grow pretty darn fast, too.

Guppy fry grow visibly in a matter of days.

my votes are for red-belly pacus or channel cats. i have had both and they grew like weeds.
