You have to have a permit to ship spixis across state lines.

Even on aquabid, most auctions have an IN CANADA only seller.

On aquabid, there's a guy with the username "onethirdleg" or something like that, he's real nice and he has spixis. I've bought from him before. He ALWAYS has auctions up.
