Looks like it could be Tubestraea(Sun coral, orange cup coral). They need to be fed small meaty pieces of food, a couple of times a week if you want it to thrive, not photosynthetic, so lighting is not an issue.

It should, I have always just given Cyclopeze or Mysis when I feed mine, if the pieces are to big you may have to chop up some, but I'm sure it will eat it. Anything meaty should do just fine, just chop it up and you can use a turkey baster or big syringe to squirt the food at the individual tubes. You can use the Kent adjustable target feeder, even an old syringe for water testing, just attach a piece of airline to the end(rigid type works best here, along with a small piece of flexible type to attach to the rigid and to the syringe, join the two together).

I agree with the others about it being a Tubastraea spp. I feed mine a mixture of mysis, krill, cyclopeeze and coral frenzy twice a week. They're best kept off the sand as the sand can get kicked/blown onto them. They need a gentle blast of a baster as and when required just to keep any debris off them.
