they usually are not viable(dead)
but there has been some cases where the eggs have hatched out.(usually a Blood parrot with another species.)

Hi, i have a pair of blood parrots that HAVE had babies. The eggs stay gray if they are good and white if theyre not, if after a few days or even a week they are still gray u might have wigglers soon after :) if not they wil turn white and u should remove them. mines had wigglers and the eggs stayed gray the whole time. good luck :headbang2:
