Do you think that buying two more more clip on lights and putting in CFL's (daylight) would work in terms of lighting for growing plants? Has anyone ever tried this?

i was thinking about higher wattage cfl daylight bulbs since most of the clip ons i'm looking at say they can handle higher wattage (60) incandescent bulbs, so i'm assuming something like 25w cfl would be no problem?
