What are some inexpensive, easy to get, fairly easy to care for, flowering plants for my tank

All aquatic plants flower if allowed to grow out of the water. Very few will flower underwater

Are there any that will flower under water? And if not what are some colorful plants (besides the wonderful green shades  )

My anubias nana has been flowering regularly in my low light 10 gallon. It's just a small white flower but it's exciting to see it happen. The flower stalk lasts a long time. I'm cutting it off when a new one appears.

My amazon sword (E. amazonicus) flowered. However it was big - taking up more than 1/2 of my 55 gallon tank.

I also have an Aponogeton ulvacious (sp?) which now flowers regulatly. Unfortunately, the plant is also a bit large for my 55 gallon tank.
