coralife skimmer

Hi I have a coralife 125 super skimmer. I have a problem where it is running fine then all of a sudden just stops and then starts backup in a few seconds. I have tried cleaning all the parts out very thoroughly. I can't get this problem to go away. Does anybody have any suggestions? The skimmer is only 1 year old.

Does it actually physically stop running and the water volume drop? If so, it sounds like you could have a pump problem.

It stops mixing the water. It is still running but the mixing of the water in the large cylinder stops bubbling.
