In-tank brine shrimp hatchery?

Has anyone ever used a In-tank brine shrimp hatchery?If so,what are your opinions on them.I seen one on E-bay and was wondering if it was worth buying and trying.

I've never seen one, but brine shrimps need to be hatched and raised in saltwater. So you'd need to check if it sits in a marine tank using the water from that tank.
