I just picked up some Marina LED's (blue) and a hub for them...like them a lot...leave 'em on during the day and you don't really see them but great when its dark and the main lights go off...probably not for bigger tanks but really nice to keep the tank as a cool feature in the room when its not fully lit...i'm a convert.
 
Yes, LEDs are indeed cool.
 
Using Underwater style?
 
they are submersible, but on my set-up I've hidden them above the water line to shine down into the tank...they're on a suction cup with an adjustable angle on the LED and they plug into a hub fitting which plugs into the mains.
 
they don't show on my beat up old digital camera...you'll just have to picture them in your head....lets see how to describe them...they're cool !
