Welcome to the February 2008 Freshwater Photo Of The Month competition.


Voting is now open to everybody, one vote only per person.


There will be a limited 14 days voting period, followed by the selection of a winner with the highest number of votes from AquariaCentral.com . If in the instance of more than one winner is selected (same number of votes), a secondary 7 days voting would be held to determine the winner.


The winner of the previous months Freshwater POTM contest will not be eligible to enter another Freshwater Photo of the Month Contest for the next three months, to ensure fairness and opportunity for other participants to win.

1, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 18, 21 all got my attention - love unusual subjects, macro shots, excessive cuteness (C. trilineatus)... and more than 2x the entries of the other _OTMs! Always makes it tougher.

I laughed when I saw the ray rolling the gar - seems to be a theme among the _OTM threads this time 'round.

:drool:I absolutely LOVE this shot...this is exactly the tank I would love to have FULL of discus! Very pretty and each discus facing a different angle is amazing! Great job, wonderful tank, terrific photography! I'm in awe.
