Anyone know if I can keep a pair of twin spot gobies (S. biocellatus) in the same tank as a Yellow watchman (C. cinctusand) & pistol shrimp or will the gobies fight?

What size is the tank?

should be able to. the tank might be a bit too small for the pair of sand sifters, but the two types of fish fill different niches in the ocean ,sort of, as long as they dont fight over the prime real estate in teh tank i dont forsee any problems. what i have read says that the watchman may become agressive to same species, this to my knowlage doesnt mean like species.

I'd agree. In this size tank you should be ok. Should being the operative word though. It's never a guarentee with fish. Make sure there are loads of caves, overhangs and niches so they have a choice and don't have to fight over one good spot.

There will be chasing and that is about it...in a tank that big you have nothing to worry about because even if they do get chased they have room to run and hide...the chasing will eventually stop after a few weeks max probably anyways so i wouldn't worry about it.
