algae algae algae!
You have 108 w which = 3.72w per gallon which is high you don't list the plants you have so I can't answer if its to high.
bit 2 w per gallon is a good rule to use. limit you light period to no more than 8 hrs to start and see if any algae forms . you can then increase or decrease as needed.

Without CO2 and lots of plants-----Algae.
I have about 500watts over my 100gal., but CO2 and lots of plants==no algae.

I have 4 WPG on my 10g but have never had trouble with algae. I have several apons and a dwarf lily that help keep nutrients in check

i would look into co2. can you run each bulbs independent? might want 8-10 hours with one bulb then 2-3 with them both on.
