My stock is listed below. before u say anything i know about the 2 gourami in a 20h they get along find, and my LFS will not take 1 back. i like to know can i still add to my tank. I don't want to add anymore serpae to much nipping had 6 loss 4 during cycle. any other suggestion would be appreciated.

due to it being a 20H not really sure..Which fish are you thinking of adding??

i am not sure right now but i could add maybe 1-3 or a pair
if you go by the inch/gallon rule then yes you are overstocked. It being a 20h and not 20l also makes it a big difference since theres less space for the fish to swim (schooling fish prefer horizontal swim space)
adding 1-3 or a pair once again depends on what fish you add but then again you will still be overstocked..

I'd leave well enough alone. If you find yourself down 3 or 4 tetras in the future, you might replace them w/ 4-5 Cories (small ones - Adolfoi, Panda... not C. aeneus).

I agree, those black skirts can get somewhat big as well.
I would agree on about 4 or so cories when the tretras die off. False julies are small species as well, at least from what I've seen.

Leave it for now and play the watch and learn game. What you have now should make for an interesting tank in one of that size.
