How long has the tank been set up? Is it the 75 gallon you have listed? What kind of fish did you add, herbivore, predator, and how big. Have you tested your water parameters? If yes are they still stable?
In a 75 gallon tank that has been running for 1-2 months you should be able to add a couple of fish to start with and then I recommend about 1 a month until you get to where you want it to be. Remember to allow for when the fish are full grown. Also if you are going to more of the upper end predators than you will only be able to keep 3-4 depending on which ones you pick.
Each tank will be alittle different for adding fish depending on the bioload added by the fish and the bacteria line that exists in the tank. Your water parameters will tell you how that is going. Sudden jumps in nitrates would be a sign that the tank needs more time to adjust. Herbivores and smaller omnivores will have less of an impact on the bioload then say lionfish and puffers.
I hope that this helps.

id wait at least a month, or more.
adding a fish, adds a substantial amount to your bio-load.
your tank has to catch up.

Interesting mix of fish, I'd think the flounder would need a bigger tank.

I don't know anything about the size requirments but I have read they are also found in warm/moderate climates as well as the artic.
I have also seen one of these types in my LFS: http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=354&N=0

I had one in my reef 125 gal. tank for over a year. It looked as if he got caught in the rocks and couldn't get out. He was amazing fish to both watch and find. He used to change color right before your eyes and disaper into the sand in a flash. The one I had bought was called an eyed flounder - Bothus ocellatus. The lfs has some flounders coming in this evening and I'm hoping they have one of these guys. He'll be going to FO tank with very little rock work and lots of open space.
