some people on here have talked about getting about 6 pot scrubbers for one dollar. where do you find tehm for this price?

They're sometimes used for a biological filter medium, like ceramic rings or a coarse sponge.
Since your in Columbus I'd figure I'll mention I got mine at Marc's (westerville)they came in a 3 pack and if I recall were either a dollar or slightly less. I cleared them out twice. 6/$ would be a better deal but I havent seen them that cheap personally.
