About a year ago, I added a CF fixture to my 29g tank. The bulb burned out last week so I went online and ordered a replacement. I figured it was no big deal, but when I tried to replace the bulb it won't work. The light flashes like a strobe light. I orginally thought it would flash for a few minutes and then eventually come on like it's supposed to. Thirty minutes later, it was still flashing. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? I was thinking it was something with the ballast, but I think it's got an electronic ballast in it so I don't think I can screw with that.
