I have a pearl gourami and a ram that lost all their color. They look very pail. The water parameters are fine as well as the temp.
Could anybody tell me why this is??

There could be just about anything wrong... or there could be nothing at all. First off, are they active and swim around/beg? Rams generally lose their most brilliant colors when they are at ease. When they are like this they are mostly a golden brown, but if they are flustered you may see their blues, blacks, and pinks come back quickly.
I am going to post something from 'FishyFarmacy.com':
"Light in Coloration,
This is probably stress related, or you have a water quality problem. Check: Ammonia, Nitrites, pH and Temperature. Make sure your lighting is not too bright"
Hope this helps.

Not that it would help at this point, but in my opinion, Tetra Color Bits is a good fish food!

Thanks for your advice...and I agree, Tetra is a good choice for food.
The Gourami is not as active as it use to be.

Brine shrimp is another excellent coloring food. Also, try increasing the temperature depending on what it currently is.

Oh and yes, the Tetra Color Enhancing stuff really does enhance colors...a little.
