From reading a suggestion here, I think I'm going to rig some kind of PVC diffuser to control the flow from my maxi jet 1200's. Would well dried crazy glue or epoxy be poisonous to fishes and inverts?

I use both this and this for any underwater gluing. Both say they are aquarium safe...so that implies to me that regular crazy glue would be unsafe...or toxic.
But I don't know...maybe I am just gullible and spent more than I needed to spend
