Nice 'scape - will hold up well while growing out, nice Sids.
Are there some shrimp in there or are you anticipating fry (wondering about the sponge over filter inlet)?
Nice tank!
Thanks for sharing!!

There are three or four baby plecos in there that can get into the intake tube of the Aquaclear. Looked in one day to see one of them hanging on for dear life with it"s little sucker mouth! Take a look at my thread on discus pictures and see if you notice anything familiar:).

Nice, I went to the pet store the other day and they were selling these little guys. I would like to get some for my 150 when I get it up and running.

What were they priced at in your area?

I think they were $12-14 a pop, located in Hartford CT area. How much were yours?

The first 6 were $10/each or 3/$25, they've gone up to $12/each or 3/$30.
The 35 babies i got a great deal on from a wholesaler on MFK.

What is the big green crypt looking plant that you have on left side of your tank? I have one just like it in my tank. It grows very well, but I have no idea what it is.

I believe it is called willow leaf hygro. It is a beautiful plant and undemanding. Grows beautifully. Mines at the surface of the water again. Break off the pieces and stick it in the gravel, real easy rooter!
