Hi To You All

As I have experianced a high loss of fish this week (as per other post re tank temp) my beautiful Yoyo loaches have become fierce little monsters!!! I understand that fish do and will eat corpses that are lying around but these guys have been going nuts for them!!! 2 of them had each end of a Neon and were fighting/swimming with it like a tug of war!!!!
They dance like my Clowns and keep me entertained but they just seemed to be a bit Jackal Hyde???
Thanks in advance

How many yoyo's do you have? They're a social fish, and need to be kept in groups to prevent problems for the other tankmates.

I have 3 Yoyos, # Clown are also in the tank but are heaps bigger than them......they don't hassle them just the smaller fish, eg Neons, White Clouds....

I wouldn't try mixing yoyos with small fish. Most of the time, they do harass smaller tankmates as they grow. Clowns are fine and your number of yoyos is fine and at least better than keeping one or a couple.

Well, My yoyo loaches are 1.5 to 2 inches long, and my 4 inch green terrors move away from them. They will eat dead fish and are very aggressive. They are very social with eels though.
