What do you guys think? I was leaning toward the AC for the larger media and 100gph more.

Both filters are adequate. It is really a matter of preferance. I prefer the Aquaclear series since you can choose what media to fill the filter compartments with.

i am a AC fan what can i say...... lots of media options with them like Marinemom said.
