Hey All, I have a bronze cory that has had it's top fin nipped by the other fish in my tank. Can I expect that the fin will grow back?

Thanks, I guess I ought to think about moving the "nippers" out of the tank?
What size is the tank and what fish are in it? Is the tank heavily planted? Pictures of your tank may help better.

10g and I have a couple of gold barbs and a couple of small tiger barbs. I thinks its the gold barbs that are doing the nipping. I don't have live plants but I do have a lot of plants and various rocks in it.

Your tiger barbs are also possible suspects. The tank sounded overcrowded. Is it possible for you to upgrade to a 30g and over? Otherwise, I will simply advise rehoming all your barbs and get smaller species instead.

i think setting up the 29g is a very good idea, you can move your filter over in order to minimize any cycle. How many cories do you have? they do best in groups which showcase their fun personality!
