Those bala sharks and the pleco are going to be way too large for your tank....

yea thats what ive found out. they are only couple inches now still have some time on them. the pleco is maybe 5 inches. looking at bigger tanks now. love the balas as they are wish they didnt get so big. went to get more tetras when i bought the mollies, they are cool but like the blood fins better

Yeah, the sharks are so cool.. it's a bummer they get so big.
Now I don't know much about the combination of all of the other fish that you have, so I'll leave that for someone with more similar experience to comment on, but I do know that gouramis can get very aggressive with one another if they are male. So you probably want to keep a close eye on them -- a friend of mine inadvertently picked up 4 males and was left with only 1 in relatively short order.

sounds good. you could get the cherry barbs about 3-4 more pal's, and the angel and loach like company too.
I have a loach similar to yours maybe. Its called a Hong Kong Loach? or butterfly I believe. Take a look at my pics in the link below and let me know what you think.

Angels are fine as a solitary fish..I have one in with a group of Discus..it thinks it's a Discus.

you should probably get rid of the balas and common now before they get to big and no LFS will take them...
If your "butterfly loach" is indeed a hillstream loach, then you must consider getting rid of it. It's a coldwater species that should never be mixed with tropical species. They require plenty of oxygen as well and if deprived of it, they will eventually die faster than those kept in a river specialist tank.

Your tank mix looks a lot like many folks with beginning tanks as they are readily availble LFS fish.
As others said, ditch the pleco, balas and hill loach.
