How long has the tank been going? You should not see any ammonia even if you do have a Clown Trigger. I have 5 triggs (one is a Clown) in one tank (209) and have 0 ammon, 0 nitrite, 8.3pH, 40 Nitrate. What brand of test kit do you use? I know the Aquarium Pharm one can be a bit of a pain since 0 and .25 colors are very close (not sure if you use this or not). But I would step up the water changes to twice weekly till you get the ammonia down. It is extremely harmful to the gills of the fish. Other than that the tank is very nice. BTW, you won't want to do corals with a Clown Trigger otherwise you will be feeding the Clown very expensive meals. Hope this helps.
