Any med with metro, such as Hex-A-Mit, will work. Take a small portion of frozen brine shrimp, about the size of a match head, and sprinkle a little on, make it look like a tiny powdered doughnut. Let it soak in for a few minutes, then feed.
Bloodworms tend to constipate angels, this, along with the parasites dying off could easily lead to a constipation/bloat issue. Brine shrimp contains more roughage, helping clear out the digestive tract.
I have a nice long doc on my other computer, as it is I'm on the fishroom computer. Basically you dose the water in a med tank with metronidazole at 40mg/gallon, bring the temp up to the mid 90'sF over 24 hours, remed daily with 50% water changes daily. Epsom salt helps to prevent constipation issues as well, start with 1 teaspoon per 10 gallons, increase over a few days to 3 teaspoons per 10 gallons.
I buy metro in bulk, as I breed angels in bulk. I have done this successfully many times, with everything from dime size angels to breeders.
