The fact that the teams have a 50/50 chance each of getting a hit makes it real hard for them to take any type of chance of banishing one of there own or claiming to be innocent. I tend to believe Ice. The only part I am struggling with is rb's claim that Ice is innocent.

We shall know so much after night fall. I hope both teams miss on their hit or if not that they hit the same person.

The votes have revealed the choice the group has made. 5 of the group members pull their victim to the beach, while one other stays behind, looking very dismayed, no one notices that though…

The group tosses their victim into the ocean waves…

The Coconut Hit…

All return to their camp, happy to still be around for another day.

Suddenly, a coconut is thrown from out of no where, and hits Ice directly in the head.

I'm starting to have second thoughts on you JL... I agree that GC looks evil, but are you trying to protect LG? Or calling me a lier? It has to be one of the two. I'm not so sure anymore that you didn't just get lucky on Fungi and placed the hit on Ice yourself...

Ok, before I go for a bit I thought I would respond to this...Grace has acted "suspicous" to me also...the ONLY thing that keeps me from voting RIGHT this minute is the fact she may have her first "innocent" role...I don't really know that I believe that, but at this point I'm not sure of anything, I know either yourself, Grace, HN or RB HAVE to be innocent and only one of you.

Something that keeps going through my head though is YOU questioned everyone as to who and why they would investigate, YOU have mentioned mutlitple times how you "hope they go after the same person"....YOU, have mentioned Ice and RB, YOU have mentioned since nightfall the "Emerald" team twice now, and something about it make me wonder....did you take Fungi to gain trust, not knowing Ice would come out at that time, he named Jpap...which IF you are Emerald you already knew, by following Ice you gained "more trust" how could you not follow, then saying you "think" it was Emerald that took Ice?? I would think they would go after you personally, since you were the one to get the ball rolling on them. It all makes me wonder if YOU are Emerald yourself and KNEW they were taking Ice?

I don't know as I said I have to think some more before I decide what I think, I have so many thoughts going through my head right now.

I do definitely see the concern. I'm right there with you on that. But on a similar note, I have to go with what I know and severely question those that doubt it for their reasons. There could be valid reasons... I can accept "I think you're full of it", but to not say that and go elsewhere has to be shady to me at this point. I may be a bit paranoid though *twitch*.

Well, I was going to come on and say I think I would vote RB, yes...Grace seems to be mafia to me also. John has raised much suspicion to me also with his latest posts, but I am not sure he would hang his team mates out to dry...but I could see him guessing and getting lucky with Fungi, then Ice made his next vote easy.

The reason I would go with RB instead of Grace is the fact she is posting, RB has been way to quiet to me...what he has posted has done nothing to make him appear innocent in anyway, his "fake" vote for Jpap, then, I found it VERY interesting that he was in chat before and after nightfall...but posted nothing, this to me seems to show he knew what was going to happen, I would almost bet he was on the team that hit Ice and he knew Pap was going down...so no need to see what happend.

So I find myself going back and forth...but I think RB seems to be helping the least and for some reason sees himself as a "KNOWN" innocent then the fact of him not posting before or after nightfall while he was in chat..just doesn't add up for me so I vote to banish RB from the Island

Well six of the nine ARE evil. So almost everyone IS evil. There are more evil than innocents this game!

The good news is that the innocents get one investigation each.

I propose this question to my fellow island mates: If you were granted an investigation, who would you investigate and why?

I would investigate Fungi because I they have not played in awhile and were early to post.

That would make sense if you both were on the same evil team, now (this is a stretch) pretend you are innocent and not on the same evil team as Ice.

You not wanting to investigate someone at this stage of the game, arouses my suspicion.

As far as trying to banish a teamate on day one, I just do not see it happening, while it would be a great move, I do not think many are willing to take that risk. Good job of putting it out there, are you on Fungi's team?

So far no one has said that, but why wouldn't you believe them? This trick would work once. That very person would be on the chopping block the next day if they lied. Also, once they put their investigation out there, they would no longer be a threat to the mafia teams, just an innocent by-stander.

So I see no reason not to believe them.
I had said "would we believe someone who comes out"? Unless they named a team mate and "claimed" to get a investigation, and I believe the "innocents" are a threat to the mafia aren't they? Are the innocents not suppose to be taking out the mafia?? Wouldn't that be a threat? Hmmm, maybe not you are still here....


Let's just get this out of the way.

I had an investagation and I used it on Fungi, mostly because I felt that the other players with investigations would not investigate Fungi.

Fungi is a member of the Emerald Alliance.
Then he comes out saying he had the investigaton, IF he was so sure a "innocent" wouldn't be a threat to the mafia anymore..why did he not say this when he voted Fungi?


If a "mafia" comes from one team they can name a person either innocent or on another team (Most likely they will not name a teammate). They will not know what role that person is but at this point there would be a 50% chance that they are innocent and a 50% chance that they are on the other team (3 and 3).


Still a high risk move only to put their own neck out there. Ice's idea is better, just name one of your own and then have the trust of the rest of the island.

If I was mafia, it would be best to name someone from my own team that I knew was mafia than to take a 50/50 risk. If I failed on the 50/50 I would be dead for sure.
After Pap said the above post about a mafia from another team could come out and have a good chance of beign right...John adds "Ices" idea is better just name one of your own and gain the trust of the town....is this what you have done John??

There are some more posts I want to pull, but didn't want this to end up a whole page so I am splitting them up.
Up to this point...John sure seems to think it would be a great move for a member of the mafia to name one of his team mates for "trust".

If mafia, why would I choose such a move? What is there to be torn about. If I am lying, then I am dead the next day.

I think we can be sure that Fungi is a member of the Emerald Alliance.

What we can't be sure of is what I am:

Am I a member of the Emerald Alliance and have chosen to gain the trust of the town by killing one of my two teamates? Which makes me a big target for the Lazuli Alliance to hit me or to cast doubt on me.

Am I am member of the Lazuli Alliance and have taken a 50/50 chance to name Emerald Alliance member?

Am I an innocent that has used his investigation and has made that information public?

If Fungi comes up innocent, then by all means banish me. Let me be the one that the mafia teams goes after. Which at this point, I do not think they will. My investigation is spent.

I see no reason to wait.
I am really thinking you knew he was going to be on the Emerald team b/c he was a team mate of yours.....

What I'd be worried about is that you did indeed name a team mate or you named a player from the other team.

If you named a team mate you buy some safety for yourself.

You might have opened yourself up to the other team but they need to get rid of you anyway to win.Since anyone NOT on their team is the enemy you were a target to begin with.But if the innocents believe you it will be hard to lynch you so the other team needs to use a coconut hit,which is only a 50/50 shot.

If you named a player from the other team its the same scenario. Innocents less willingly to lynch you,or need to use an investigation on you, and they still need to do a coconut hit.

You have essentially forced a hit on yourself to which you have a 50/50 shot of surviving.

Since the chance of you just naming a player and hoping they are on the other team is to risky I think you named a team mate or are honestly an innocent.

Now the question becomes do one of the 3 innocents waste an investigation to find out if you are telling the truth.Well other 2 since if you are one then ones been used already.
I think Ice was on to something here, I really do.

The five slowly walk over to tribal council. The decision is much closer this time as the votes reveal. Their choice has been made. Lady G gets tugged away and they toss her into an endlessly deep cave….

LG was a member of the Lazuli Alliance!

As the group of four returns from their successful night at tribal council, some one seems they want the group of four to turn into a group of three. A coconut is thrown directly at jl, he ducks and avoids being hit.

As the group of four returns from their successful night at tribal council, some one seems they want the group of four to turn into a group of three. A coconut is thrown directly at jl, he ducks and avoids being hit.

Tonight, the coconut hit was not successful!

Because I honestly had him pegged as alliance with someone. I had two people in my mind as innocent, either JL or RB. Since the hit was on JL, I'm going to assume RB is the other alliance.

I'm neither, but we're thinking along similar lines. I keep going back to JL's post about priorities and his floating about who to investigate. Just to be clear...

Each group has ONE coconut hit they can use in the entire game. One group on night #2 used their coconut hit, and on night #3 the other group did. There are NO more coconut hits left.

I think Rb is the last Emerald. He voted only for LG for a couple days and then for GC. I think he took a shot at the calling LG scum (never mentionng her alliance in case she turned out innocent) to try to save Fungi & Jpap. Anyone that has ever been mafia with me will tell you that I love being evil. I was not evil this game. I think Ice got the idea of voting for his own people when it was suggested that I was doing it.

I really had no clue the rb was innocent, and had Lady G as more innocent than him.

HN is evil and even if you all pick me as being evil or the mvp or whatever, it will not mean anything, because he is 100% deserving.

I knew there was something up, I wish rb would have had a little more input. He seemed to have me pegged as mafia and never really shared his thoughts. I think if he would have shared his thoughts a little more or showed a willingness to go against HN earlier on, I would have jioned him. I had an evil vibe from him, but was called out on it and follwed him. I should have trusted my instincts.

For the record, I wish I was evil this round, I would be very proud to be evil and am a little envious with HN for pulling this off. My hat is off to you.
