Eclipse 12, good choice for small marine tank?

I have been looking at the Eclipse 12 Saltwater kit for quite some time and am considering it. Has anyone else used this kit and have any recommendations for or against it? What else would I need to add to it if I were to purchase it? I know on a small saltwater tank not as much "stuff" is needed. I am looking to keep costs at a decent amount.

Have any preference over either one of them? Obviously the Nano is cheaper but I don't mind spending more if the other is actually worth the price.
