Everyone, keep in mind Atractosteus spatula are highly predatory. They get big as 7'+ and eat any thing they can see. In the wild they get up to 300lbs. They are also a threatened species. They are not suitable for aquarium life, and a pond is required for adults due to there size. They are also very sensitive to medicine's, so treatment is hard to succeed at.
