I'm assuming in the first pic, the 10000k is on the right?

Crazy difference. The yellow is awful. I've got a 2x96w coralife aqualight in storage, plan on putting it on my 46g in a few weeks. This make me kind of excited about it.....it currently has a 100000k and actinic bulb, ditching the actinic and going to have a 10000k and 6700k. It'll look great.

Yes the 10000k is on the right. This light makes me want to get white sand asap :(
Iv thought about getting actinic bulbs to (on the future bigger tank) but not sure how that looks. I heard algae grows well on those :)

Nice light but it just shows the trash bag more.

Nice light but it just shows the trash bag more.

Not trash bag, tin foil! I just use it as a temp blocker so people cant see my fish from the outside when the lights on. I always have this thought of some punk throwing a rock through my window into the tank.

And I know the tank isnt the best looking, its just to keep them alive for now!

A nice black one would look much better. :grinyes:

Originally I had a black trash bag back there, but the fish dont understand the dont splash rule and you could easily see the water marks back there. Whenever I build my final huge tank it will just be black or something so no marks to see!

Color is better in the fish with the light switching.

Theres the vid with the new lighting. I really like how it makes the white POP. The calico looks pretty good to. Tinfoils look funny to me
