What should i use for my fish? They have what i believe to be fin rot and i can't seem to rid them of this. I am currently using API medince directed usage, but after 2 does to my tank it is suppost to be done and i see no improvment and one fish died. Any recommended products/methods to use?

what are your water paramaters (ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate) and what is your water maintenance routine? Usually frequent water changes to keep the parameters pristine (0ammo, 0trite, less than 20 trate) will help fin rot heal.
Well my parameters are good thats why im confused and i was thinking about stop using the stuff and just try to let them heal on their own and just filter water and do daily 25% water changes but when i tried to do that after day 2 the fish died.
I will take parameters again later on tonight and will reprot any change.
So far as of this moring they were Ammonia- >.20 bit above .0 i think, 0 nitrate, and 10 nirtrate, doing water change 25% daily
when on medication used as directed and did water change after 48 hours. with no filtration
maybe ill just do a 50% water change and turn the filter on and see how things progress...
