I picked these guys up yesterday from motorcitycichlids (his username is tiny28 on aquabid and most of the fish forums.) He has a nice stock of rare fish, he even had some lyonsi that I wish I had the room for. I got the last of his f1 saggitae stock (5) and I got (4) f2 midas's from him. One of the midas I got is a barred but I don't think I got a good picture of him. Anyways.. here they are.

Here is a bad picture of their freshly set-up tank.. Its a 100gallon with a 6'x18"18" footprint. I have two 250watt visi-therm stealths heating it, a emperor 400, a hydro 5 sponge filter powered by a 350gph penguin powerhead, and 50lb's of black 3M colorquartz s-grade (couldn't find the t-grade this time of year) for my substrate. I have a rena xp3 I'm waiting to throw on this tank until they start getting a little bigger. I've got some driftwood I'm waiting for to sink and a couple of sheets of rock. I'm still looking for some more (bigger) driftwood and a couple of fake plants for the tank, maybe some clay pots. What am I missing? What would you put in there?

mean fish!

fixed lol. I need to get a couple more tanks setup for when these guys start maturing, I've heard they are some of the earliest glass bangers. They only get about 10" but I'm only going to be able to keep 2 of them in thats tank if I am lucky.
