I feed Prime Reef and Formula One. Plus I have some pellets that I feed every now and then. I don't have any fish that really like them now, so I don't use them much. Frozen I feed about 3 times a week. It can either be plankton, mysis shrimp, brine shrimp or whatever I find different at the LFS.

My poor fish never know what they are going to get, but they eat them all great.

A little bit of everything and anything several times per week. My tank is old enough that the fish are able to find enough to eat in the meantime. I alternate between pelletized foods (Dainichi), flaked foods (omega one, OSI), frozen foods like mysids (PE, H2O Life), formula one, marine cuisine, formula 2, cyclops, silversides (mostly for the anemone), ocean plankton (various brands), daphnia, and anything else I can get my hands on.

Formula one & two, prime reef, trigger formula (when I can find it), mysis shrimp, occasionally brine shrimp, and seaweed. I put seaweed in the tank in the morning. Even the trigger eats it. In the evening I switch out which frozen foods they get. I have reef herbavore and carnivore pellets that they all seem to love so they get those sometimes. I give them seaweed everyday but usually have 2 evenings a week where they don't get food.

prime reef, formula 1 pellets but my pj cardinal won't eat either, she eats another pellet i have but can't for the life of me remember what it is as i put it into a tupperware :wall:, frozen brine, frozen mysis, sometimes emerald entree but that's kinda a mess so i don't feed it much... chopped up silversides - everyone is jealous if i only give it to the sea star, nem and cleaner shrimps :)

Oh boy, like Amp I feed a variety of both herbivore and carnivore foods. The fish are pretty good about eating whatever goes in. Even the corals don't seem that picky about what they'll capture.
