Name That Fish?

I've aquired this fish from my cousin, and I'm not really sure exactly what it is, I've looked around the web and couldnt' find anything that look like him/her. I had a pair but had to split them up.

Here's a photo of the bigger one.

Thanks much appreciated, I think i might have looked at those before but didnt' see a white variation.
 
yep, that one looks like a female, if their is a white bar through the eyes they are male, if their is none then they are female. I have found this to be somewhat acurate, the best method i have found by far though.
