I would Like to have Brichardi and leleupi In It From the Beginnig also would gracilis Be a possibility and are any other Neolamprologus cichlids compatible in the tank?

Doesn't seem very big for a group of highly territorial fish. You might be able to fit pairs of 2 species in there.
A 48" tank(33 long or 40 long) with a large rock pile or dense plantings in the middle would work better for that.

Yes I had One Pair Of Brichardi That HAve Spawned In A ten Gallon that Took Out All its Other Tankmates. This was A surprise to since It was a place for them to be for about a week and a half Until A thirty Gallon tank Opened Up And Right Now There In there And I was JKust going to buy some fish off line for this Tank. I was debating on weather or Not tho Put these fish in here. What Should I do then?

My question was directed at the person dubious about brichardi terriotriality. Sounds like you have already experienced it.
If it was my tank, I'd aim for a pair of brichardi, a pair of similar neolamp (like leloupi) and a group of dithers, like barbs or danios. And lots of rocks. It should work.
