new guppy fry

My guppies just had fry. They are in a breeding house now. How long should I keep them in there? I have a 20 gal tank with ghost shrimp and 4 guppies. I plan to move the big guppies to my 100 gal tank. I don’t know how many fry I have in the breeding house. I think around 15 or so. What worries me the most is my filter? It is an ac 150, but I put a sponge around the intake so it won’t suck them up.

What kind of Breeding house is it? Is it a net?
It would be best to put them in a small 5 gallon to 10 gallon tank. Give them own seperate housing, a sponge filter would work fine for filtration. Add plenty of hornwort into the tank, this way the can feed off the insufuria on the plants.

its a squar netting with plastic holding up the sides. they are going to get there own housing. i am going to move the 4 big guppies out. i dont have any hornwort but i grinded some flake food and some frozzen brime shrimp. i ordered some brime eggs i few days ago. but they havent showen up yet.
