Do you think the Red Tailed Shark would harass the pictus?

Yes. What size is the tank?

RTS will harass anything that gets in its "territory" once they mature. Also, tank size comes into play.

I meant rainbow shark, I was just looking at some RTBS threads, :rolleyes:
It would be in a 120G tank. The rainbow is approx. 4.5"

Maybe a better question would be..... would I be able to get another fish?
I would like something cool. My tank seems pretty drab with what I have in there. More color perhaps? I never see my clowns, only for a few minutes in the morning when they feed. During the day, I see my gold severum and my gouramis, a mid - high level fish would be preferable. Any thoughts?
My tank parameters are
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = between 5 and 10

The tank has been up and running for about 1.5yrs.
My current stock is listed in my signature.

If you replace your clown loaches and rainbow shark with other bottom dwellers instead such as smaller species of loaches (not serpentine), small doradids and some small species of plecos, it will work out fine. Do note however that some doradids will not show up in the open for several days so you need to be patient there.
