New product, anyone have one yet?

Was planning on using the Hydor inline heater, but since these are available in smaller wattage, and would make it fesible to use two smaller units, it made me question that.

Only problem is that it looks like it basically replaces the intake of the XP canister, and not really the inline that sits outside the tank. Anyone know for certain?

if you want it out side the tank get the inline heater. that one is just a heater in the intake.

yeah, on thatfishplace they have it listed as in-line, in catalog that way too....
And I was just looking at it wondering how it could be in-line. Maybe begining of line would be better discription.

well it is inline. just not on the outside of the tank. middle end or start still inline.

I have 2, a 50w in my 10 gallon, and a 200w in my 55 gallon. You just stick the intake tube that's inside your tank inside of it and you are good to go. I love them, they reduce clutter and it looks good, too. I bought my 200w off of ebay express for $18 and it's brand new in box.
