I can't find the thread I was looking at before. :( Someone linked a site with co2 injection equipment, and there was an entire system with everything needed (except the compressed co2 tank).
So anyhow, where's the best place to get the best equipment for my buck? I've never hooked up automated co2 before, so a full package would be ideal, as I don't know what I need if ordering seperately.
I just set up my first. It is a Red Sea (www.redseafish.com) CO2 Pro system. Seems to be working well for the few weeks I have had is set up. It is all in one. You can compare prices on google for it.

That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks. I ordered that and a Milwaukee SMS122 ph controller. It's like Christmas in March.
I actually ordered the bubble counter package too, before later deciding to look for the ph controller. Will the bubble counter still be needed when using the ph controller?

You don't really need the bubble counter but it sure helps to see if the system is working or not. I have gotten 2 Milwaukee Co2 MA957 regulator sets from Aquariumplants.comhttp://www.aquariumplants.com/v/vspfiles/templates/1/images/clear1x1.gifwith the bubble counter on them. They both are run with pH controllers and work great.

I got the "ghetto bubble counter" and now kinda wish I'd looked for one that isn't "ghetto" whatever that is suppose to mean. hehe But then I don't know what I can and can't hook to what I'm getting. Guess I'll see soon enough.

When I had diy co2 hooked up, I just looked at how fast the bubbles came out at the end (inside the tank), which I assume is just as good. I'll just be putting the end into my cannister intake, and I'll be able to see the bubbles going up the intake tube. I might leave the ghetto bubble counter off.
On that site, he mentioned it needs to be "reset" regularly or it ends up on the floor. I don't know exactly what needs resetting and what ending up on the floor will do, but it doesn't sound like a very good thing to happen. :) It might mean I come home after a 16hr shift to find 29g of water on my floor and a tank of dead fish... along with my downstairs neighbor waiting on me with my landlord. I don't completely trust check valves.

I don't completely trust check valves.
And you shouldn't...
One of the first things they teach you freshman year in Chemical Engineering is "Check Valves Leak". Never trust them, assume they will fail.
