I am having trouble with my passer angel who is about 4 years old. For about 3 weeks now he has been pale and hiding, only coming out to eat. I was fighting a nitrate spike and got it under control about 2 weeks ago. He is now holding himself face down with his face touching the sand but swins normal to go to a new spot or at feeding time. My parameters are Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 0, ph 8.2, temp, 76. Does anyone have suggestions on what could be wrong with him or have an idea as to any other test I can do to see if the water quality is failing? He is in a 120g with a naso, niger trigger, and 3 damsels which are all healthy and acting normal.
