I have a lot of fry guppies in a breeder’s net thing. I also have a 10 gal tank sitting around. I want to put my guppies there. Should I cycle it or what? I am going to leave the bottom with no gravel. So what should I do?

Does it have a filter on it? If so just stuff the filter with old media and that should speed things up.

Yeah, i would use some old media in this new tank and I would do a water change. And in the new tank i would put the old water in it. This should help speed up the cycling process, run it for a bit before putting your fry in and you should be good to go. I would also place some hornwort into the tank and have it float. This will make the fry feel more at home and comfortable. They would have a place to hide and eat the insufuria off the plants. :)
I have a tank like this going right now waiting for some Gambusia Holbrooki aka Eastern Mosquito fish. I am using a old incadescent hood with screw in pc bulbs from walmart. The hornwort is growning nicely. I am also planning on doing this to 2 more tanks, one for endler fry and another for mollies.
I hope this helps.
