i know that this is a very subjective question, but in setting up my new 90 gallon tank, i was wonderingwhat you guys think would be the most exzotic looking substrate? colored sand, perhaps? or maybe glass gravel? just trying to get some input so i can compare options! thanx in advance!

how about doing the whole thing with legos? Use the small 2 bumps or 4 bumps for substrate and then make rocks and plants...

maybe I don't understand the question...

Haha that would be cool....there was a guy here a while ago who basically built a Sealab out of legos for his tank, it was awesome.

I agree. That stuff is so great looking. Its not out of the ordinary or anything, but the quality is enough to blow you away.

Haha I was thinking of doing this the other day. Using simulated and lab grade gems though, I can't afford the real stuff.

Where? I wanna see it! :grinyes:

Whats that?

What would also look cool is using clear translucent colored marbles and use a light underneath to make them glow! :)
