Ugly air hoses

Does anyone have any suggestions for hiding unsightly airline tubing for action ornaments, bubblewands, and stones?

I have purchased some of the suction cups, but half the time they don't hold, and the cups turn white, so they are not invisible anyway.

I have tried routing underneath gravel, but bouyency floats them right back out.


Remote control would sure be nice, but impossible, I know.

I use plants and rocks to hide the interior stuff. For some things, fake vine plants wrapped around it will work--or real ones, depending on the type of plant.

I found some airline tubing that looks like a plant at my LFS. You can buy this airline tubing at: www.petco.com. Click on the fish icon, then click on air stones & accessories, then click on tubing. The product I am talking about is called Aquatic Gardens Plant Air. I hope this helps.
