I have a bunch of the Java fern Windelov growing on a piece of drfitwood in my 55 gallon planted tank. It grows quite well, but is putting out some flat leaves as well as the finely divided ones. I gather that is not uncommon. What I would like to know is can I trim back some of the flat leaves to more showcase the finely divided ones? Will that hurt the growth of the whole plant?
Thanks!
